Acknowledgment & Agreement
By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read and agree to the Wise Canine Dog Training Terms & Conditions, including the Waiver & Release of Liability. I understand that:
Dog training involves inherent risks, and results are not guaranteed.
I am fully responsible for my dog’s behavior and for following all trainer instructions.
I agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Wise Canine Dog Training, its owners, directors, employees, contractors, and authorized representatives from any claims, injury, loss, or damages arising from my participation in training services.
Service Dog Training & Certification Acknowledgement
I acknowledge and understand that service dog training and certification are not regulated in the Yukon Territory. Wise Canine does not certify dogs as service dogs and cannot provide official service dog certification or legal designation.
Suitability & Training Timeline Acknowledgement
I acknowledge and understand that training a dog for service work is a lengthy process that can take years, and that not all dogs are suitable for service dog work. I understand that my dog may be determined at any point to be unsuitable for public access or service dog training, and I agree that I will not hold Wise Canine responsible if my dog does not progress or is deemed unsuitable.
Medical Responsibility & Reliability Acknowledgement
I acknowledge and understand that service dogs are not 100% reliable and should not be relied upon as a sole medical or safety intervention. I agree that I will continue to consult with my healthcare provider to determine appropriate and reliable treatment or support options in addition to service dog training.
